Privacy Policy
Last updated: 11 July 2026
This policy explains how Agilex+ ("we," "us") handles personal data in connection with this website, agilexplus.com. It does not cover data processed under a signed client engagement, which is governed by the terms of that engagement.
1. Who we are
Agilex+ is a technology company registered in Malta, European Union. For any question about this policy or your personal data, contact us at info@agilexplus.com.
2. What data we collect
This website does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. We do not collect IP addresses, browser fingerprints, or behavioural data automatically. However, if you use our contact form or request-a-service form, we collect the information you voluntarily submit (name, email, phone, organisation, and your message or request details) for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and providing the service you requested. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We retain this information for as long as necessary to fulfil your request and for our legitimate business records, then delete it. You may request access, correction, or deletion at any time by emailing info@agilexplus.com.
If you email us — including via a mailto: link on this site — we receive whatever personal data you choose to include in that email, typically your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
3. Why we process it (legal basis)
- Where you email us to enquire about a potential engagement, we process your data on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.
- Where correspondence is unrelated to a potential engagement, we process it on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to us.
4. Third-party resources
This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser makes a request to Google's servers, which may transmit your IP address to Google. No cookie is set as part of this request. See Google's own documentation for how it handles this data.
We do not use any advertising, social media, or analytics scripts on this site.
5. How long we keep it
If an engagement follows your enquiry, we retain related correspondence for the duration of the engagement plus 24 months after its conclusion, for legal and accounting purposes. If no engagement results, we delete enquiry correspondence within 12 months of the last exchange.
6. Sharing and sub-processors
We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with third parties except where required by law, or where a service provider processes it on our behalf under a data processing agreement — for example, our email hosting provider. We do not currently use any other sub-processors. Details of any sub-processor are available on request.
7. Data breach notification
If a personal data breach affecting your data occurs, we will notify the competent supervisory authority without undue delay and, where required, inform affected individuals directly, in line with Articles 33 and 34 GDPR.
8. Your rights
Under Articles 15–21 GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request rectification of inaccurate data
- Request erasure of your data
- Request restriction of processing
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal
To exercise any of these rights, contact info@agilexplus.com. We will respond within one month of your request; this may be extended by two further months for complex requests, in which case we will tell you within the first month. Requests are free of charge unless manifestly unfounded or excessive. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection supervisory authority.
9. International transfers
Loading Google Fonts may involve a transfer of your IP address outside the EU/EEA. Google provides contractual and other safeguards for such transfers. We do not otherwise transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
